Forty-five minutes. Then a written shortlist.
We sit with your team, map where the hours actually go, and send you a ranked shortlist of what's worth automating in your firm. It's yours to keep and act on however you like — including without us.
What happens in the call.
-
The first 15 minutes
You talk, we listen. Where does the week go, which task does your team complain about most, and what have you already tried?
-
The next 20
We go deep on two or three candidates: volume, who owns them, what the inputs and systems are, and where a decision has to stay with a person.
-
The last 10
The data boundary. Where your client data lives, what your own client contracts require, and what your security policy will and won't allow.
-
Within a few working days
A written shortlist: each candidate automation with an estimate of hours saved, the effort to build it, the metrics we'd hold ourselves to, and which of the four delivery modes fits your constraints.
Worth bringing.
- Whoever actually does the repetitive work — not just whoever owns the budget.
- Your security or IT lead, if you have one. The boundary is far easier to settle now than in week four.
- A rough sense of volumes. "About 400 applications a month" is plenty; nobody needs exact figures.
The audit is a fixed fee, credited against the build if you decide to go ahead. If you don't, you keep the shortlist and the numbers, and you're free to hand them to anyone — including an internal team or another firm. We'd rather be the people who wrote a useful document than the people who held one hostage.
